I get a lot of people asking me when I'm going to make more creatures. And the answer is .. I don't know. It sucks. Believe me, it pains me not to have that creative outlet. And I'm sorry.
My husband had multiple strokes last Sept & lost 50% of the vision in each eye.
Slowly, slowly dipping my feet back into creature making. I don’t have any timelines, but I’m hopeful I can creep back up to doing more again.
He can't drive anymore. We live in a city with shit public transit and a hatred for sidewalks. Couple that with me working a 9-5 with a 45 minute commute each way, and I don't really have.... time anymore. I'm trying. We're both trying. But it's a lot. Please be patient with me.

This is really depressing. Because my creatures are almost always considered toys by customs agents no matter how much I say they’re for adults, I don’t think I can ship to the EU anymore after July. Heartbreaking. 😞

I’m experimenting with something a little more complex than usual. Fingers crossed I can get it to work. :)
Resin casting is really cool about 95% of the time. The other five percent something goes wrong with the mix and your resin doesn’t cure. So instead of nice casts, you spend half an hour scraping gelatinous sludge out of your molds and sweating a blue streak.
Getting a bab ready for molding. LEGO bricks look weird, but they’re actually really useful for mold making. :P
