I had some time to let the roadster sink in. I’ve watched a few in depth videos by TopGear and Hagerty and I have to say: I‘m kinda sad. In my opinion the SpaceX equipped car and the roadster should’ve been two different things. The entire vehicle was engineered and designed around the CGT system which most buyers won’t purchase. Every „normal“ roadster will be a stripped down version of a crazy track car. I loved the clean, sporty vibe of the 2017 concept. I wish, we would’ve gotten an updated 2+2 Roadster version of that and a SpaceX themed cyber roadster as a one more thing at the event Rip 🥲
