Last month, one of my closest friends called me and said he had something important to tell me. We had been friends since university, so I thought maybe he had gotten a new job or something. He told me he was getting married and wanted me to be one of his groomsmen. I was genuinely happy for him because I knew how much he had been through in relationships. Two days later, he sent me the wedding invitation, and out of curiosity, I asked him to send me a picture of his fiancée. When I saw the picture, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was my ex-girlfriend.
