I HATE Dish Network! Those of us living in the more rural areas have limited options and Dish is constantly turning off channels. Eliminating all sports channels is too much! 🤨

Teacher effectiveness is not greatly improved by curriculum, new programs, or initiatives. But, when teachers are respected, valued, supported, & feel like their talents are utilized, then morale increases, job engagement soars, & students benefit too!

Begin the year focused on building those relationships and establishing respect both ways. Students work harder for teachers they respect and know cares about them. Adults do too.
