Introducing private startup rounds on Crafts. Not every company should use the same market structure. Some are ready for liquidity. Some are better suited for a private round. Crafts will support both. Curated private startup rounds are now coming to Crafts. One of the first companies is backed by Y Combinator. Request early access.

Not every company should use the same capital formation structure. @craftsdev lets startups fractional tokenize 5–20% of themselves with sealed bids that clear at one fair price. Now it adds curated private rounds, starting with a Y Combinator-backed startup. 💯

Ireland is one of the dopest countries I’ve been to. With trillions of dollars of ETFs and other funds domiciled there and an ambitious government, I suspect it will play a large role in the future of crypto. Superteam Ireland is one of our largest communities, and @A_gutierro put together something really special at Slane Castle this year and I hope they run it back again soon. Was a pleasure to meet some of the teams on Solana: @Styx_PQ @realPumpApi @MentionedMarket @infesteddotfun @craftsdev @finagotchi @slasheddotwin @hackhackai @aikidoapp @STEALFxyz @AniketKumar_13 🇮🇪

Yesterday we launched the Crafts Anchor Board: a private network for high-signal capital deployers to review curated startups, meet founders, and pre-commit before rounds open publicly on Crafts. We built it because open access and serious underwriting should reinforce each other, not compete. Investors share their mandate once and our AI engine matches their thesis with curated frontier startups. Selected members conduct deeper diligence and can pre-commit for early allocation. Anchor Board Leads run founder calls, coordinate diligence, and help anchor selected rounds. For founders, this builds informed demand before launch and brings investors who can help win customers, recruit talent, expand distribution, and bring follow-on capital. Sticky capital should not mean locked capital. It should mean investors with enough context and conviction to take a longer view, creating a holder base that can strengthen early price discovery and bring stability with high-potential for growth For investors, it means less random deal flow, deeper access, and a real role in companies they are equipped to underwrite. Anchor and public allocations settle at the same uniform, market-cleared price, based on real demand through our sealed bid auction. Feel free to hit me up if you want to be involved.

We took the learnings from our first raise, stepped back, and rebuilt one of the most important parts of Crafts raises in the future. The vision remains the same: build venture-grade infrastructure for liquid, equity-linked startup investing. Stay tuned.

was great to discuss the brief history of tokens at @solanaevents summit, what we tried i.e. utility, buybacks. explaining how ownership tokens and sealed-bid auctions help fix two of the biggest issues we've seen

Why @craftsdev uses a raise range for @refihub instead of one fixed price @pfo_sac, co-founder of @craftsdev, breaks it down: "Looking at all the ICOs over the last three years, a lot of these tokens were issued at very arbitrary prices." "You saw tokens coming onto the net at 20M FDV, 50M FDV, selling a 10% stake, raising 2M or 5M, and then dumping on the side." "In our case, there is no team supply, so there is nobody to dump on you." "The range is there because we don't want an arbitrary price. We want the market to discover a fair price." - @pfo_sac

Why token holder protections look different on @craftsdev Crafts breaks down how their model differs from @MetaDAOProject: "With MetaDAO, the value accrual and rights live on the token side, which works perfectly for onchain protocols that generate revenue onchain." "Crafts is focused more on traditional startups, AI companies, robotics companies, and RWA companies like @refihub, where revenue often comes from offchain sources." "That’s where the legal layer matters. Token holders get reporting rights, disclosures, and legal protections, not just smart contract protections." "And the company can’t just rug. If they raise 500k, it doesn’t go to the company all at once. It streams monthly, and if the company doesn’t perform, token holders can initiate treasury liquidation." - @pfo_sac

The thesis that matters right now: Solana becomes the rails to trade everything. Not just tokens. Assets that don't have a liquid price anywhere in the world. Collectibles, music rights, equities, and real infrastructure. That's what's changing on @solana right now. The shift is simple. Crypto used to be the place you trade crypto. Now it's becoming the rails to trade everything. Real infrastructure is the part I find very interesting. @refihub is putting operating solar plants on chain. Yes, nothing digital, REAL STUFF. You fund real, producing assets and you earn USDC as those plants sell electricity to the grid. And energy is currently the most valuable resource you can imagine, because AI needs more of it every minute. 14% realized IRR across 6 live deployments, $491K AUM, 20+ months of on-chain distributions, $49M+ qualified pipeline. Real cashflow from a real asset, accessible to anyone. A regular investor was never getting into a sub $10M solar project before. Too small for institutions, too complex for retail. On chain it becomes one clean position. And the way it's raising is just as new. This is the first sealed bid ICO on Solana, built by @craftsdev. You set the max FDV you'd accept, bids stay encrypted until the window closes, so nobody can front-run the price. Everyone above the clearing FDV pays the same. Below clearing gets a one-click refund. Deadlines that matter: - Auction ends today, under 5 hours left - $400K minimum, currently 44% there - Min commit 50 USDC, $4-8M FDV range This is the actual unlock. Crypto stops being the thing you trade and becomes the way you invest in anything. We will see a lot more of this.
