Apple Reminders is underrated. I’ve tried TickTick, AnyDo, Todoist & even GTasks. The simplicity that this app posseses beats the others. While it doesn’t have TickTick’s deep task management or AnyDO’s UX, it’s a no BS tool that gets work done #task #underrated #app #iOS #macOS

I just got into Togo and the Internet here is working fine. Seems Google's Equiano cable that landed here was the best decision ever. If anyone wants to set up a call center or data center in Africa, Togo is the place.

Not sure how I feel about Ethiopia joining Zambia and Ghana in the list of Eurobond “loan” defaulters. Is it lack of planning or do we just believe the BS reasons given? I just believe they’ve given a middle finger to their creditor. Who’s next? #Africa #ethiopia #Eurobond

About 10 Nigerian startups that cumulatively raised ~70 million in the past 30 months shut down in 2023. Due diligence seems to have been swept under the rug. These startup failures are definitely not coincidental #duediligence #nigeria #africa #startups #fintech #VC #seed

I saw a job post the other day. 👔 It required 4+ years of experience in FastAPI. 🤦 I couldn't apply as I only have 1.5+ years of experience since I created that thing. 😅 Maybe it's time to re-evaluate that "years of experience = skill level". ♻
