I just had the worst experience of my life and I can't even get in contact with anyone. I ordered lunch today on the app and when I picked up my order I got home to find I was given someone else's order that's not really a huge deal it happens so I returned to get my order and when I got there the young man said oh your food is here and he said we can't take the other stuff back so he just added it to the bag and as I walked out of the door this now very full bag ripped open and dumped the entire contents onto the freezing parking lot. So I went back inside now more annoyed but expecting some sympathy and I didn't even expect a free replacement order though I've worked food service and would have immediately replaced the food myself instead I got attitude immediately he told me he could give me a new bag otherwise he could not help me at all.. I said what am I going to do with a new bag? He then said well I'll give you a bigger bag it's stronger and I said I'm supposed to eat the food off the parking lot? And he said that's all I can do it happened outside have a great day! @Wendys
