Farm to Pantry lends their helping hands to ensure every student on campus has access to fresh produce. Launched in 2021 to help the Poly Pantry expand its healthy offerings, this project gives the students who grow the produce an opportunity to work with faculty and staff through monthly volunteer events.
Last year alone, these events yielded over:

Three semesters of planning later, a solar-powered house that recycles water, is naturally lit and cooled, and uses low-maintenance materials is actually being built by CPP students and faculty at the @ocfair!
The @cpprootshouse is competing with 10 structures from as far away as China in the inaugural Orange County Sustainability Decathlon this week. 100 CPP students across nine majors contributed to this project and the market-ready, two-bedroom, one-bath home that measures 1,008 square feet is open for public tours today through Oct. 15.
