🚨JUST IN: A Boston court released a Honduran illegal facing charges of R*PING A CHILD under 14, and sanctuary Mayor Michelle Wu’s policies put him right back on the street. Juan Carlos Izaguirre Membreno was arrested by ICE in Boston on October 13. He faces pending charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and aggravated r*pe of a child (10-year age difference). Suffolk County Superior Court declined the ICE detainer and released him anyway. ICE had to go get him again. Mayor Michelle Wu has repeatedly defended the city’s sanctuary ordinance that blocks police from cooperating with ICE. Governor Maura Healey has stood by the state policies that let this happen. Democrats chose to protect the suspect over the child.
