Orbitals is out! I'm so incredibly proud of how it looks. I was the Technical Art Director on it, and made the cel and "painted" backgrounds shaders, as well as the full graphics pipeline and tooling.

some people think you gotta make good art to be a good artist. but i feel the only requirement for being a “good artist” is that you, despite all odds, continue to make any art at all.
I'm sure there are better tools and hardware these days, but is there any interest in my old flashcarts, DMGs and stuff? I have very little nostalgia for my gear, so I'm more than willing to sell everything I can dig up. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Red Cross.
Two MidiNES carts. One marked 'NTSC', the other one marked 'PAL'. Sold separately. 80€ (or highest bidder) each + shipping.
Clearing out things that deserve better than to sit unused in storage. Like this Nanoloop 2 (GBA) cart. 20€ (or highest offer) + shipping.

Spotify is (frustratingly) only nominally about music. It’s biggest promise is to offer you a data mirror in the form of recommendations and occasional summaries of your own activity. It asks you to care about your behavior as your ego and optimize it for the perfect blend.

A lot of folks acting as if 2020 has just been a string of bewildering bad luck, rather than what it truly is: a concentration of widely and reliably predicted and interconnected disasters that advanced nations of the world could have mitigated or prevented but chose not to.
I for one welcome our new plasmic overlords.
