All False Religions teach...
If you do, then you can be.
True Biblical Christianity inverts this and teaches...
If you be, then you will do.
I will add this...
If you think you be but you never do, you should question whether you really have ever been.
At some point many "Christians" decided it was OK (or even admirable) to accept Mormons (LDS) as Christians and brothers/sisters. Meanwhile their god/christ/bible/ gospel are radically different & heretical.
Our directive is clear-
We don't hate, but there can be no fellowship.
The George Floyd riots, and now France/Italy have reiterted a lesson on riots that politicians refuse to learn, but is still true -
The very first riots must be put down HARD. When people see that every participant is either injured, dead, or in prison, boldness ends quickly.
Good point this... If you don't already follow @Biblethumpingwi , you should fix that🙂
There’s a strange alliance on X.
Provisionists happily stand shoulder to shoulder with Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Oneness advocates, and Open Theists when attacking Calvinism.
But when those same people attack the Trinity or biblical Christianity, suddenly the Provisionists go silent.
They’ll fight Calvinism alongside heretics, but apparently won’t fight heresy alongside Calvinists.
That speaks volumes about their priorities.
This Spurgeon quote relating to our belief that "God is sovereign while man remains responsible" just blows me away. What a mighty instrument of God that man was!
This is a brother in Christ who I ask that you join me in praying for.
She would be great at it...
If we are being honest, the best person to be the new White House Press Secretary should be Kari Lake, if Katie Zacharia is departing.
She has over 20 years of experience in the media. She is an excellent speaker, she understands how the fake press operates.
Kari is diehard MAGA. It would be the press's worst nightmare having to deal with Kari. She does not take bullshit from anyone.
Plus, her name follows the K trend. Kayleigh, Karoline, Katie and Kari.
Weak to the point of ridiculous.
Weak.
The idea that we merely “think” he is not able to do what is logically impossible is absurd. We can very easily demonstrate using logic that God can’t do illogical things.
Can God sin? No?? You must have “a low view of God” if you say he can’t do something… Right?
Or... perhaps it’s actually the opposite. Perhaps it’s the HIGHEST POSSIBLE VIEW OF GOD to say God CANNOT sin.
The same holds true for any other thing that God can't do. There's a difference between saying God can't do something because he's not powerful enough and saying God can't do something because He's God.
God can't sin, cause Himself to cease to exist, create another God like Himself, or lie. The list goes on and on. Saying God can't do these things is not a "low view". It's the highest possible view.
God creating you with LFW is just as logically impossible as all the things above. You wanting to claim autonomy for yourself is on par with saying God can sin or cease to exist.
I stand ready to defend that position with "rational reasons". What you "think" doesn't matter. Your imagination is not the arbiter of truth.
Many focus on their love for God, as though it's self generated.
But the Bible primarily focuses on Gods eternal love for His elect, whom He adopts as His Own... and clearly says that even our love for Him is solely to HIS credit..
"We love because He first loved us."- 1 Jn 4:19
Nothing is more slick and deceitful than false humility. It loves to disguise itself in pious language, claiming it's own self-generated choices are "humbling oneself", when in truth it is claiming the power of spiritual rebirth for itself.
It is a grievous lie.
Soli Deo Gloria!
Almost every Provisionist argument boils down to this-
If God doesn't deal with man in ways that man desires and judges to be right and good, then God is a monster.
Some soften and deflect.
Some come right out and basically say it.
But make no mistake - they all say this.
Calvinists insist that salvation is completely of the Lord, and that His determination of each persons eternal destiny is right and good.
Provisionists insist that the determining factor in salvation ultimately rests in man, and that if it doesn't, God is neither right nor good.
A song for anyone struggling, reminding that in every moment He upholds you. All glory to Him alone!

I'm having an event where my blood pressure is crazy high and would greatly appreciate my brothers and sisters in Christ praying for me. Thank you in advance.🙂
Reborn years ago, I still examine myself too often looking for changes/ proofs that I'm truly His adopted son.
Then I remind- If I wasn't, it wouldn't concern me, and He promised to finish what He began.
Still, I want to increasingly seize His promise
".. I will give you rest."
My mom sent a text today, “The whole Gospel in 3 beautiful verses: Hebrews 9:26, 24, 28.”
What a great observation.
Christ appeared once to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself (v. 26).
He now appears in the presence of God on our behalf (v. 24).
He will appear again, bringing salvation to those who eagerly await Him (v. 28).
His sacrifice is finished. His intercession continues. His return is certain. What a glorious Savior!
What a blessing to have a mom who still points her children to Christ.
CONFESSION TIME :
I've shown little patience with Provisionists and other man centered free-willys. That shouldn't be the case - up until about 10 years ago I believed incorrectly as they do, and was just as stubborn.
God willing, I will do better on that.
Pray for me.
