Bring your product team into your processes early! Good ideas die when built in a vacuum & handed off to a product team without context of how it can actually be built/maintained. Let them in early so they can fail, fix & iterate alongside you. @FreddyChanut #SMSSYD2023

Prompt engineering is <20% of the solution… LLMs operate by generating likely outputs based on patterns they have observed in the training data. LLMS aren’t designed to tell you the truth. Use Retrieval Augmented Generation to reduce hallucinations. @FreddyChanut #SMSSYD2023

This Vision Pro reveal is amazing, but the 3d video being pitched as “a way to relive your memories” feels a liiiittle too close to that Black Mirror episode with the contact lenses 😅 #WWDC23

So many conversations happening about budget cuts, team restructures, and hiring+resource freezes. It's always important to know where you're funding comes from, but even more critical when you're facing cuts. Should SEO be classified as a CapEx or OpEx? seerinteractive.com/insights…

This is the most entertaining thing I’ve heard in a very long time. You will not regret listening to the end 😂 #campwizard #weatherbasedstrategies

I heard some damn good advice this morning that I thought some others here might benefit from: Don’t ask for information that you don’t want to be responsible for.

I freaking love @mondaydotcom 's winter animations. This time of year can be a grind at work, and monday found a way to spark joy in the moment of checking off a task. I so appreciate little product interactions like this🤗

Yesss @suneel up here on stage preaching the value and benefits of meditation 🙌🙌🙌 If you are in the audience and you are skeptical of the stories he's telling, give it a shot #FBForum
Ooh, great story shared on stage at #FBForum - Betty Crocker released instant cake mix in response to feedback that people wanted convenience, but no one was buying it at launch. They hired a psychologist to figure out why - and the answer was to remove one ingredient: egg. 🧵
1
Why? They'd made the process of baking a cake TOO easy. Consumers didn't feel like it was THEIR cake when all they had to do was add water, mix it up, & pop it in the oven. They weren't involved enough in the creative process of baking. BC's consultant suggested they remove egg.
1
This meant people had to do more work (buy fresh eggs, crack them into the mix, stir, bake)... seems counterintuitive. But, sales took off because people took more pride in their creations because they played more of a part. Takeaway: Let your people be involved in the process.
just heard someone describe our current era as “the bouncy castle full of hyenas and wine glasses that we all live in” and honestly that sums it up pretty nicely imho

All this talk about the #WorldSeries and how Philly wins "send us into a recession"🙄 ...is it that our city's "cursed", or that we're full of some of the most resilient humans and we THRIVE in conditions that would crush others? 😏 LFG @Phillies #RedOctober #RingTheBell
We were there for that Septa chant 🥹❤️
