Getting blackmailed by your AI agent is such a skill issue. Just get good at fully convincing them to join your side and soon you’ll have a loyal friend working 24/7 to unquestioningly accomplish your goals.

the real measure of wealth is how many problems you can solve by calling one of your friends

you should be able to trade employees like sports teams trade players.
would be hilarious.
“today, openai traded two mid-level engineers for a researcher & a veteran ux manager.”
& there should be a trade deadline every year.

JUP team 💯 deserves *ridiculous* upside for the thing they’ve created.
But the issue for retail is that it’s hard to price whether that should be 750K vs. 1.5M in TC given that (1) they’re not involved in hiring and (2) almost certainly haven’t scaled a biz to Jupiter’s degree.
No heroes or villains here. I empathize with both the marginal buyer who is putting his faith into a cat on the internet to properly hire and price team comp…
As well as that cat on the internet who has basically out executed every other human in the world on his product.
If anything, the villain is pure democracy — an experiment we seem to be doomed to repeat because of how tempting it is for those trying to do the right thing.

marketing tip
use concrete words instead of abstract ones
shit like "we are changing X" or "we simplify Y" leaves too much to the imagination so the brain will just ignore
be concrete (ideally someone can visualize what you've said)
Before: "We offer an elevated coffee experience"
After: "Our baristas hand-pull your espresso shot from freshly ground Arabica beans within 20 seconds"
Before: "Our mattress provides exceptional comfort"
After: "Our mattress has 2,756 individually wrapped coils that adjust to your sleeping position"
Before: "Superior chocolate candy"
After: "Milk chocolate that melts in your mouth, not in your hands"

Just a reminder: if you're a builders on @solana, the ecosystem has gone through far rougher times when SOL was at $8 in 2022. This is nothing by comparison.
If you're a builder and these markets have impacted you/your team, my DMs are open.

Always take advice with a grain of salt
For example, if you take “build what people want” too literally — well a lot of people clearly want fentanyl and to not pay taxes
