It’s hard to identify a better argument for the Second Amendment than the human dynamic unfolding in Paris
Makes Uber look like they setup the person getting ran over by their former autonomous car so they said they tried it and it failed.
Uber is so fucking shady.
The so called “People’s First Transportation Alliance” is actually funded by Uber. A more accurate name would have been the Uber First Transportation Alliance.
They are hiding the fact that they’re funding this anti-autonomy group, and listed a bunch of “founding members” of the group that had no clue their names were being used!
They just organized a protest against a bill that would bring autonomous driving to DC in 2028, demanding human drivers be required well past then. DC is such a critical city for autonomy, because we need congress to be able to try the technology for themselves. The fact that they can’t is holding federal autonomy legislation back.
Fuck Uber and everyone involved in this group. They want people to die so they can make money continuing to exploit their drivers.
I hope sometime soon @FirehouseSubs will toast their bread again without asking for extra toasted. Sometimes they do it. Most of the time it's just warm and soggy. Quiznos still has the best toasting ever. Subway I just get warm dehydrated airfried bread.

I could write a book about why we left France 12 years ago. We had a fairy tale life: beautiful home in Mougins, kids in English school, my career thriving.
We gave it all up to start over.
The French have been “moutonisés” 🐑— effectively silenced and increasingly addicted to small government handouts.
You get paid to study, to live in your home, to have children, to raise children as a single parent, to send them back to school after summer, to help once a child turns 20, to be unemployed, to extend benefits after two years on unemployment, to take a break, to have income, to top up your salary, to have a nanny, to have a helper at home… and on and on. (A non-exhaustive list in comment)
And what happens when the subsidies can’t keep up with inflation?
When dreams die under bureaucracy?
When someone lights the match because there aren’t enough handouts?
This is reality in France today. Don't let it come to America.
I had some guy yesterday TK me 3 times on @wardogs because "I was breaking his fob build" total TroLL and no life player. I don't mind if he tire down my browning turret for walls. I do mind him killing me while repairing it.
Forgive / punish button didn't show. At least where I expected. Third time it timed out. He was yelling at others not to pick me back up. People did it anyway. Shortly later name was off scoreboard. Shitty fob on an apartment building. Literally no purpose than to farm.

I thought the Roadster event last night might had an inverted track based on the hints dropped. The thrusters making it do barrel rolls was not on my list. I'm impressed but not shocked. I still think they could have had the Roadster 2.0 years before but they promised so much. This is more like a Roadster 5.0 @Tesla
