@GodrejAndBoyce I bought an Advantis lock in April 2023. It was installed in July 2023 under call number N0307539658. In August 2023 it stopped working. I logged a complaint N1708545437. The technician said that it has to be a warranty replacement and the lock seller has to do it
@GodrejLocksS I’m still waiting to a warranty replacement after 6 weeks. I get a call everyday from Manoharan - a Godrej employee. He logs a new ticket every week and promises to get it changes. 6 damn weeks for a Rs30k lock. Plz stick to selling Navtal. works better for brand
@mccoymart is the seller and they have made it clear that they can’t do a warranty replacement. Having paid 2x,xxx for a lock I would expect some accountability from Gordrej and the seller. Should I just throw the lock in the dustbin?
@BlueTokaiCoffee the delivery story in BLR sucks. I’ve been complaining that it takes you between 2-4 days typically to deliver in Bangalore. Now you’ve shifters to hyper local but the story continues. Apparently I ask your delivery partner not to deliver. Really!
