I help people and businesses build the life they want
I do this using Product Management methods and concepts
1. Figuring out the vision.
2. Making a plan.
3. Making sure you stick with the plan.
4. Adjusting as needed.
Here's what ppl say about it 👇🏼
Entrepreneur avoid the reactivity trap!
Jumping on every request or issue that comes up.
"Got to answer them. Don't want to delay them!"
You won't accomplish anything if you let others dictate what you work on.
You'll hate your day-to-day and your company will suffer.
“You’re nothing without discipline.
Cause you give out under the slightest struggle without discipline.”
“Discipline is doing what you hate to do, but do it like you love it.”
Whenever I don't feel like doing something I hear Mike's voice in my head 👇🏽

Learn to ask for help from a 20yr-old Tom Brady
Like many young athletes, Brady was hungry, BUT he took it a step further.
He knew to ask for help.
”It’s a rare moment when a kid would show up at my office saying 'I need some support'.
That was Tom Brady, at 20! 👇🏽
Greg Harden spoke to all the freshmen on the team, but only one kept coming back for help and applied the advice.
Every week, before every game.
Brady didn't always hear what he wanted to hear. But he knew it wasn't personal. He knew that Harden was trying to help him. 👇🏽
Whenever the world tells you: “You’re not good enough”
The fight is how do you not take it personal and leverage it as raw material and fuel to improve yourself.
There's A LOT to learn from the first 2-minutes of this video

Learn about self-discipline from the greatest marathon runner ever
Eliud Kipchoge is the first person ever to run a marathon in less than 2-hours 🤯
He talks about the importance of self-discipline as vitamins you can take daily.
Here are the vitamins he recommends 👇🏽
Turn it around 180°, tell yourself the exact opposite.
“I have to pay the bills” → “I get to pay the bills because I’m lucky to have a place to stay in”
“I have to run in the rain” → “I get to workout in harsh conditions. I’ll be ready for hard times.”

Thoughts on the process of creation
There are as many ideas as they were ever clouds in the sky.
The challenge is focusing on a single cloud and over time compressing it, transforming it from vapor into something real and tangible.
👇🏽
Something which captures an emotion or solves a problem, or makes someone feel or simply takes weight off the creators shoulders.
Trouble is clouds, like ideas are elusive and ever changing.

There's something magical about balance
Ppl see a balanced rock and say: "It looks magical!"
But balance is also a prison. You can't move.
If the rock moves a degree it'll fall. Magic lost.
I don't want to be trapped by balance.
When I leave the site I knock over the rocks.
Trying to get rid of a bad habit?
This is how I stopped a few bad habits
1. Want to change the behavior
2. Awareness. Notice when I'm doing the behavior.
No judging.
Just say "You're doing X"
3. Specific action plan - Using @bjfogg or @JamesClear methods
Hope it'll help you
"I wish I asked for help sooner"
It took me a long time to learn that asking for help isn't a sign of weakness.
But after every time I asked for helped I said: "I wish I had gotten help sooner!".
Admitting I need help and asking for help is a game changer 👇🏽
How to pick your battles
Not all battles are worth fighting
Some will only damage you.
“I will have to remember ‘I am here toady to cross the swamp, not to fight all the alligators.”
— The Art of Possibility by Rosamund and Benjamin Zander (didn't read the book h/t @tferriss)👇🏽
The truth is you don’t know
Jimmy Carr never imagined his jokes will save someone's life. But they did

You don't know where your creation will end up and how it'll effect people.
Your role is to bring it into the world and spread it
The rest 👇🏽
Create consistently.
Improve at your craft.
Get better at sharing it with world.
Pay it back
The act of creation is HARD and can be scary. What you can do to help the creator is to give them a kind word (in public or private). Give them that thumbs up, a small thank you nod.
