Have you ever made an Excel spreadsheet so good that you were genuinely offended nobody in your life cared?

AI won’t take your job. Someone who knows how to use AI better than you, will take your job.
We’re already starting to see what kind of new jobs AI is creating.
AI requires significant technical work and surrounding services to deploy into the economy. This means jobs for AI engineers that build applied AI products sold to (or within) enterprises, FDEs to deploy agents into companies, new services firms for deploying AI, and more.
And even the published stats of new jobs undercount all the existing jobs that are transitioning to new areas of AI work in an enterprise. Many prior data, research, and software jobs large enterprises are also being repositioned for working with AI.
Every bank, life sciences company, manufacturer, and even law firm is bringing on more technical talent -or repositioning existing roles- to help with agent deployment in their companies. It’s a lot easier to picture what AI can replace vs. what it creates until it starts happening. Now we’re seeing what this looks like.
There are only two real possibilities to the incredibly rapid 180 degree turn that has occurred on AI development in the past couple of days:
1) The AI has told these billionaires that THEY are the problem that will be eliminated, and they are actually afraid for the first time in their lives.
2) The entire financial house of cards around AI is about to collapse and take them all down, along with most of the world's economies with it.
There is 0% chance these people are acting altruistically.

Beyond the big-league success, Sutty is simply a great human being who pours into his players and the community. Grateful to call him a friend and teammate.
Keep representing the Valley the right way, brother. The Cougars are lucky to have you. 🔥

The results speak for themselves: two of his former players have reached the major leagues.
Tyler Gilbert threw a no-hitter in his first MLB start, and Tanner Murray made his big-league debut with the White Sox this season. Not many high school coaches can say that.

Sutty played at SLV himself (even faced a young Alex Rodriguez in a national high school tournament), then college at Sonoma State. He came back home to coach the Cougars and has spent years developing young players the right way — with real knowledge and even more heart.

Summerville's James Farque is 23 years old.
He started umpiring Little League baseball at 13. He's not made a dime doing it. He prides himself on volunteering for his community. He's also gotten really, really good.
He just got THE call- from the LLWS in Williamsport, PA. He's going to the show.
