You should probably use a VPN or some form of IP masking before you use a website’s content form to call the website owner a “nigger.” Theoretically someone could match the website cookies to the timestamp from your email delivery server & find your actual IP address, which would lead them to your exact location… Unless, of course, you were on your work WiFi. Then they’d have to ask your employer to identify the specific individual’s device. If your job refused, someone (a journalist, perhaps) might have to ask your employer for a public statement on why they approve of employees who use the n-word.
