नशा मुक्ति एवं जागरूकता अभियान नियमित रूप से संचालित करने तथा स्कूल-कॉलेजों में विशेष अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए। शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के चारों ओर 500 मीटर क्षेत्र को सख्त ‘ड्रग फ्री जोन’ के रूप में घोषित एवं लागू कराने पर जोर दिया।
