Such a powerful and important conversation for softball players, coaches and parents. I never fully understood the yips nor how to help teammates who had the yips. Thank you for sharing your story @ECanney!

The goal is to leverage both my psychology background and own experience with the yips to help athletes manage issues around mental blocks and performance anxiety. I hope to empower a generation of athletes growing up in a world with more exposure and pressures than ever before.
