Hiring a content creator doesn’t automatically fix your content problem.
Sometimes the creative isn’t the problem.
It’s the lack of strategy and systems behind them.
Don’t just hire creative talent.
Build an environment where creative talent can consistently execute.
Posting once isn’t a strategy.
If you want social media to become a real part of your business, you need a plan and the discipline to keep showing up even when the results aren’t immediate.
Stop waiting for progress to motivate you. Build the system that creates progress.
Marketing is definitely not dead. If you don’t have an effective plan and accountability - it won’t work.
When I look back at my childhood, I realize how much of who I am today was already there.
I had freedom.
I drew. I created. I explored. I stayed active.
And somehow, all these years later, those same things became my life.
So for this birthday, I’m grateful for that kid.
Some of the most valuable things you can give someone have nothing to do with money.
So when someone comes to me with an idea, sometimes the biggest impact I can make is simply sharing what I know and giving them the confidence to go create it themselves.

Your goals need a place on your calendar not just a place in your head.
Manage your time like your future depends on it.
