Today marks the happy retirement of Chris and Fay Morgan. As a business we will be very sad to see them go, but wish them a very happy retirement 🥂

Next Tuesday (26 March) afternoon, we will be operating with skeleton staff due to the funeral of our beloved colleague and friend, Jeff.
The office will remain open for those requiring assistance, but we kindly ask for your patience during this time.
On Sunday morning we lost our dear friend and colleague Jeff Finn.
Jeff has been a huge part of Concept for the past 14 years. With his ever-present humour, our self-titled "floater" able to work in embroidery, warehouse and even a bit of driving.

He loved the festival season and was first to offer to come in and get deliveries out on the weekend.
Above all this our whole team will remember Jeff for his caring for others, his charming humour, his comical poems and very dubious dress sense.

Please note that between Wednesday 28 February & Monday 4 March, we are upgrading our IT systems which may cause a delay in dispatching items for next day delivery. This will not affect orders placed before this time & business will be back to normal on Tuesday 5 March 2024.
