Bruce Coslet's reactions make this especially satisfying.

What a great clip. Jack Tatum intercepting a pass with his chin strap unbuckled. Willie Brown bubbling the INT before coming down with it.
Impressive win - the Rams were 4-1-1 coming in.
Stabler had a 15 yard run - the 2nd longest rush of his career (regular season.)

People forget that Bill Romanowski played in Philadelphia for a couple years. That defense had a lot of guys who weren't "career Eagles."

I can't believe I have no memory of this. I remember in Buffalo's other MNF appearance that season, Leslie interviewed Browns WR Andre Rison at the Rock N Roll HOF

Why did she have to be 15? She said that she dreamed of being an astronaut. Plenty of kids had that dream, even before NASA actually sent someone to space.
That had nothing to do with a muffed punt. Ken Stabler fumbled the ball. Players batted it to EZ & Casper fell on it for a touchdown.
Then a rule was passed. On 4th down or in the last 2 min, whenever there's a fumble recovered by offense, the ball reverts to spot of fumble.

This is the O.J. 2000 yard game. I'm surprised Chandler caught a pass. (I went back and checked - Joe Ferguson was 3 of 5 for 70 yards. Chandler caught 2 of the 3 catches for 55 yards.)

Two starters from the legendary Class of 2000 QB draft, that combined for 926 touchdown passes.

To be fair, Bucs fans really try and forget that first year.

@NFL_Journal You'd appreciate this. This strike game was filled with mistakes. That apparently extended to the equipment staff. (And McKeller had been drafted by the Bills, not brought in for the strike.)

It was already working. Very much so by 1961.

I trust my kicker to make a 57 yard FG.... but that still leaves me down a point, and an onside kick has incredibly low odds.
Going for it.
No, I used to think the same thing, but it was the exact opposite. Anna Nicole wasn't included at all in her husband's will, and she sued trying to get a piece of the estate. It was a long strange legal journey, that didn't end until after her death, but it was unsuccessful.

Actually, there was at least one other time, in 1973.

OJ and Jim Braxton against Miami. The Dolphins shut out the Bills 17-0.

This was probably Kelly's low point. Seven sacks, three interceptions, and afterwards, he was despondent, with none of his usual brash confidence.
Fortunately, we were playing the eventual 1-15 Jets the next next week.

It wasn't a fault start. None of them were set with their hands on the ground (which was the standard position for offensive linemen at the time.)

But then you give the Rams four tries to score. The way the Rams held on to their timeout, they only would have had two tries to score.

Dalton Kincaid literally got tackled. It was a good call.
