Today the @SocialMobilityF very important #SMindex22 came out. It's super disappointing however that media and creative aren't represented. We all keep talking about wanting to increase our diversity, but to do this we need to measure. Would love to see agencies repping next year

Someone asked at the Q&A today how you could measure & set targets. I would urge all agencies/brands to chat to @SocialMobilityF & enter the index to get an assessment & plan, & obvs invite in the brilliant @commsbreakers to really take a look at your culture #AdvertisingAllIn – at Urmston, England
Action 3 from the All In Action Plan is to improve the experience & representation of talent from working class backgrounds. People from a professional/privileged background outnumber working class people by almost two to one. Read more here: adassoc.org.uk/all-in/

Andy Nairn, @LuckyGenerals: "We are blocking 39% of the population out - that is wrong on so many levels. It is wrong because class intersects with so many issues in the diversity conversation - there is a double-whammy going on." #AdvertisingAllIn
