“Mr. President has said that you cannot just answer royal fathers by mouth. You cannot just answer royal fathers by entering Keke Napep. You cannot answer royal fathers by entering Okada. That all of you, by the grace of God, before December, you will go with your SUV cars. If there is any traditional institution that needs to be treated well, that needs empowerment, it’s the traditional institution of the Federal Capital Territory.”

FCTA PRESS RELEASE
PRESIDENT TINUBU APPROVES SUVs FOR FCT TRADITIONAL RULERS AS FCT MINISTER DECLARES OPERATION DELIVER YOUR POLLING UNIT FOR 2027
In a major boost for traditional institutions and grassroots governance, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the procurement of brand-new Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) for newly upgraded traditional rulers across the Federal Capital Territory.
The Minister of the FCT, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, disclosed this on Saturday, October 31, 2026, in Abuja at the Rainbow Coalition Stakeholders Rally and unveiling of FCT National Assembly candidates, organized by the FCT Stakeholders Assembly at the Old Parade Ground.
The rally brought together traditional rulers, the six Area Council Chairmen, leaders of indigenous communities, youth and women groups, and party leaders across divides, including the APC and PDP Chairmen in the FCT, who jointly endorsed President Tinubu for a second term in 2027, alongside Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda for FCT Senate, Hon. John Gabaya for Abuja North and Hon. Danladi Chiya for Abuja South Federal Constituencies.
The Minister attributed the presidential gesture on SUVs to recognition of the vital roles traditional rulers play in preserving culture and maintaining peace, noting that the President’s approval of the upgrade of traditional stools, which was abandoned for 27 years, underscores his commitment to the FCT.
"Mr. President has said that you cannot just answer royal fathers by mouth. You cannot just answer royal fathers by entering Keke Napep. You cannot answer royal fathers by entering Okada. That all of you, by the grace of God, before December, you will go with your SUV cars.
"If there is any traditional institution that needs to be treated well, that needs empowerment, it's the traditional institution of the Federal Capital Territory", the FCT Minister stated.
Charging supporters to translate endorsement into votes, the FCT Minister declared a strict grassroots mandate ahead of the January 16, 2027 election. “Deliver your polling unit, deliver your ward, deliver your local government, deliver your state”, he said
He warned against claiming victory without grassroots contribution. “I don’t want to hear: I lost my polling unit, but we won. If you lose your polling unit, don’t say we won because you never contributed to the victory. So, everybody go home, it’s Operation Deliver your Polling Unit”, Wike stated
The Minister said the achievements in the FCT – from 30 inherited projects completed, 76 new projects awarded, to the establishment of the FCT Civil Service Commission, Youth and Women Secretariats and exit from TSA – were made possible by President Tinubu’s unwavering support and the cross-party collaboration of Area Council Chairmen
“We shall never make the mistake we made in 2023. When you realize a mistake, you correct it. To God be the glory, come January 2027, Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda will be elected because he identifies with you and cares about you”, Wike said, questioning whether the incumbent Senator had ever called constituents for a meeting or moved a bill for FCT.
To empower youth mobilization for the election, the Minister announced President Tinubu’s approval of four buses for FCT youths and fixed November 10 for an interactive session with youths across the six Area Councils. He also promised a separate engagement with persons with disabilities, stressing that “disability does not mean you do not have capacity”
Earlier the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement (North-Central), Abiodun Essien, said the Federal Government had completed 164km of roads in the North-Central and 1,207km nationwide and thanked the Minister for making the presence of the President visible in the FCT through aggressive infrastructural development, while stakeholders including Renewed Hope Ambassador in the FCT, Abdullahi Adamu Candido and FCT APC Chairman Tanko Yamawo described Wike’s appointment as a blessing to Abuja

OBASANJO SPEAKS TO THE MINDSET OF YORUBAS
OBASANJO: Taking your culture seriously, if anybody says your identity, does not matter, then he wants to enslave you.
why is it important? Because our culture, our tradition, they all embrace the totality of our way of life. They include our language, our food, our dress, our greetings, our all that. And therefore, they actually determine who we are.
It is what differentiates us from other people. It is what determines who we are. Once who we are is extinguished or destroyed, then we are nobody. And you know, that’s the way to enslave any group of people, just obliterate their identity.
That’s why you have people who originally came from Nigeria, from Yorubaland, now they are Mr. Stone in America. Their identity have been destroyed through slavery.”

Don’t let hypocrites and liars gaslight you! The longest recorded doctors’ strike in human history took place in Anambra State during the wicked regime of @PeterObi.
The packaged fraud and his minions now tell you he will establish primary healthcare facilities in every ward, but during his eight years as governor, instead of building hospitals, he converted state funds into dollars and stashed them in banks where he held shares and financial interests.
Never vote for wolves in sheep’s clothing!

Peter Obi says that he will end "election rigging" if he becomes the President of Nigeria; This is coming from the same man who didn't even follow primary elections to be a flagbearer of the NDC, he was handpicked, and who is also in a party that r'gged their primaries as Aisha Yesufu complained.
Let's not forget that he also didn't conduct local govt elections for years while he was a governor, which is even worse. Everyone just making promises forgetting their past.

This dumbness is beyond measure. I really don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. No wonder his approval ratings have plummeted so badly.
