First impressions of Steam Frame. The simple, I like it, immediately more than the Quest3 but I have some thoughts. What will follow will sound more negative than positive but that does not diminish how much better the experience already has been for the things I look to VR for.
10. Wireless connection with dongle requires USB 3 port but it is the best wireless connection to my PC with VR I have ever had. Even when unable to connect to the dongle it is a better Remote desktop than the Quest 3.
Order a 1k costing vr headset from @valvesoftware and @UPS leaves it at the mailbox at the end of a 700 foot driveway by the road hanging in a plastic bag off the mailbox. Genuinely, wtf? If I wasnt home early that'd been stolen, it even fell on the muddy ground before I got it
I get UPS orders often, but the first time I get something this expensive since my desktop, which btw 6 years ago they left a 5k pc by the road the same way, they leave it in the rain by a roadside. I'm genuinely pissed
