Parmesan Cheese Imposter! Parmigiano Reggiano or what is commonly called Parmesan Cheese comes from a specific part of Italy. However, in the USA when you ask for Parmesan you could possibly get a beautiful slice of Parmigiano Reggiano, straight from Parma, Italy, or a plastic shaker of “Parmesan” to dust atop your pizza.
In the United States, to be labeled as “Parmesan,” the
cheese must be grateable and brittle, contain certain levels of fat and moisture, and age for at least 10 months. It does not have to be genuine Parmigiano Reggiano under law. If the ingredients listed on your "Parmesan" read “pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, cellulose powder, potassium sorbate to protect flavor” it is simply not real Parmesan. Not even close.

Ken Paxton IS "the tax" on the GOP that will cost a Senate Seat. Talarico has led among independents and on cost-of-living questions while a sketchy past keeps haunting Paxton. Paxton still holds the GOP base, older voters, and rural voters which has been enough in the past but current lack of enthusiasm is a real problem. As of the latest data Kalshi is trading at 56 cents for Talarico.

eBay continues to cripple the user interface and confuse buyers & sellers. Recent changes conflate seller feedback with product reviews.
What is particularly screwed up? The important distinction is:
* Seller feedback: Was the transaction good? Was the seller honest, responsive, fast, etc.?
* Product rating: Do you like the actual item?
Those are obviously not the same thing.
eBay has made the product rating mandatory for some products, preventing seller feedback from being submitted until the product is rated. Users described the change as “stupid” and predicted it would cause people to stop leaving feedback. An eBay seller reported that the change is actually producing negative/neutral seller feedback based on dissatisfaction with the product itself, rather than the seller's performance.
Just now noticing the change? It was initiated 2 years ago but only now are many users being impacted.
* The mixed product-rating and seller-feedback form still appears in 2026 on certain catalog-linked items. It does not show on every purchase
* Buyers in the eBay Community report the problem is worse. The form asks only for a product star rating and a comment about the item. Seller-specific ratings for shipping, description, or communication are missing or blocked until the product is rated.
The change is not applied to every purchase.
