@Ticketek_AU sells you refundable tickets that are not actually refundable… Unless they decide to cancel the event or reschedule it, you don’t get any refund. They won’t even exchange ticket for cheaper seats at the same event! #falseadvertisement @NSW_FairTrading
You would think if they reschedule an event that they would be obliged to refund, but not so. You would think that if they ask you to pay extra for a refundable ticket, you could get a refund for any reason. Not so. @Ticketek_AU sucks and vendors should stop using them.

OK @telstra, again I've just wasted 30mins of my life talking with your useless technical support people. No change to our situation, looking down the barrel of making things worse if we try to fix it. At least you're predictable.
@telstra Why is it that for the past week at least, the Telstra Air admin on 24/7 says "We’re experiencing technical problems and can’t load status. Please try again later."
Also... try to raise a chat on the web app of 24/7 and it simply doesn't load any chat window... WTF?
