This is so lazy and click bait-y. This is not what the icethetics report said. It said this crest is on the pants. Said nothing about it being a center crest on a jersey.
The Avalanche could have some new looks on the way for the 2026-27 season.
According to Icethetics and its sources, Colorado’s first-ever Winter Classic uniform is expected to feature a vintage white base with matte burgundy helmets, burgundy gloves and burgundy pants. A new Western-inspired logo is also expected to appear on the pants, featuring mountains beneath a spurred and forked “C.”
The Hometown Remix is expected to go in a completely different direction. The rumored design features a white sweater with Avs blue and Division Rivalry navy, along with silver accents. The jersey is also expected to feature jagged, mountain-inspired elements on the sleeves and a sublimated mountain range effect within the crest and numbers.
None of these new looks have been officially unveiled yet, but we’re starting to get a better idea of what could be coming to the Avs’ uniform rotation this season.
