Today Fed gave $SOUB a consent order that prohibits paying sub debt and demands capital. So $BAFN and $SOUB are now taken care of. $MNMB issue is that the CEO is desperate to acquire.
Not advice but $SOUB $BAFN and $MNMB are three bank stocks where I believe the bidside is ignoring important and sobering information.

If $SOFI were handed a chunk of prime consumer loans like $CCB is bagholding they would have onboarded them at 16%, declared a servicing right to offset most of the reserve boost, and reaffirmed guidance. There are many ways to build a B/S

CCB hasn’t yet decided if they want to trigger the change in rate to 16% and throw partner into the trashcan but that is the apparent move given the damage they have incurred with their particular accounting.
