Very interesting @EPPGroup hearing on positions of @EP_Regional, @EU_CoR & others on #cohesionpolicy reform: reverse cuts; higher EU co-financing rates; bring EAFRD into CPR; flexible system of advance payments (in line with implementation); & more radical simplification. (1/2)

Similar story from the @EU_H2020 @cohesify project which found evidence of effective communication on #ESIF by Polish regions and high awareness of benefits. However, also concern among people that EU funding is not benefiting all regions and social groups bit.ly/2ONQdLz
