lol — There’s so many technicalities and ways to interpret this! 😆 I feel like if it was a lesson in school, the lesson value would be “good for us, for critical thinking” and not necessarily getting the right answer. 😆
Do you consider the lowest number to be the smallest number? Because if you take the top line from 7 and make it a minus sign, you get -131. Which, now that we’re in the negatives, is even “lower” than -81 and even farther from 731.

If you take the top line of 7 and make it a “-“ then you have -131 which is technically even lower than -81. 🤪
If you just move the top stick from “7” over to the “1”, you swap them and it becomes 137 instead of 731.
If you move “1” to the other side of the “3”, you can make it an “8” but the red dots kind of make it seem like an incompatible move. But it’s probably the correct answer.
My first truly competitive deck was Donphan/Lanturn prime, and then soon after the Chandellure deck with Vileplume! That era was so fun and around that time too! ❤️
