I feel so accomplished today. I got a ton of work done, I tried on a sports bra I ordered online and it fit like a glove, I returned an item without a receipt and got more money back than what it was worth (?), I received some positive news, I found funny gluten free socks...
I made carnita tacos, I actually found corn tortillas (the gf ones are usually out of stock), I also found lactose free chocolate milk (it was 99 cents and it was so good - drank it on the way home (I hate milk)), and my Amazon package arrived. Talk about a great day! ✨🙌
Yesterday, I started writing a tweet about resolutions and the start of a new year and how I was excited for 2020 and to start a new career and all that jazz but clearly put my phone down and never looked back on it.
I usually have the intent to tweet or post to IG but I tend to lose interest part way through and move onto doing something else. Oops?
Tbh baby Yoda is the sole reason why I finally caved and agreed to watch the #starwars movies. He may be 50 but he’s super adorbs.
I’m thissssssss close to finishing a project I’ve been working on for a little. It’s a similar feeling to almost running out of a product and doing everything in your power to squeeze out the last drop so that you can just finish it and start on a new one. #100DaysOfCode
Well my long run of not having seen a Star Wars movie has come to an end, thanks to Disney+ and my dear bf who has been asking for us to watch this since we started dating.
Some initial thoughts after watching #starwars Episode 1:
1. I thought that Natalie Portman was Princess Leia this whole time...
2. Who on earth is Darth Maul? Never seen him before? Any relation to Darth Vador?
3. Was Ewan McGregor’s rat tail necessary?
I notice more and more cars driving without their lights on at night and it drives me nuts. Also, how do you signal to these people that their lights aren’t on? I feel like the impatient speeders on the highway have changed the meaning of flashing lights from behind...
The go train ambassador just pronounced Courtice like Kurt-ice and I’ve never laughed so hard by myself.
