We built a little tracker for Tibo’s 28-day challenge 🗓️ An improvement or a full reset, every day. Let’s see what ships! codex-resets.com/tibo-28
Over the next 28 days, each day we’ll either ship one thing that is a clear improvement and relevant for most codex/work users or ship a full reset. Let the improvements begin.

Day 14: Edit previous messages in desktop threads Clear improvement, or meh? 👏 or 🤷 here: codex-resets.com/tibo-28 xitter.cf/thsottiaux/status/2111…
Day 14/ Small quality of life improvement. You can now edit previous messages within a thread in the desktop app. Long time requested, and took way too long to get that one out.

Day 12: More efficient context reuse and caching Clear improvement, or meh? 👏 or 🤷 here: codex-resets.com/tibo-28 xitter.cf/thsottiaux/status/2111…
Day 12/ We’ve made improvements to Codex & Work that increase the effective usage you get. We achieved this by reusing context across subagents, keeping context cached longer, and improved request routing that allows us to increase cache hits.

Day 11: Fewer model-capacity errors and automatic recovery Clear improvement, or meh? 👏 or 🤷 here: codex-resets.com/tibo-28 xitter.cf/thsottiaux/status/2110…
Day 11/ We've landed a series of changes and more compute to very significantly decrease the occurrence of the disruptive "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model". When it does happen, it should also eventually just continue by itself and not just block on it. Let us know if you still see it out there in the wild and we'll take a look.
