Many doctors have gender and racial bias. This impacts black women with menstrual pain in many ways. Advocating on your own behalf is not easy when people refuse to hear but just remember that you are worthy and deserve to be heard!

Happy Indigenous Peoples Day!
If we are going to advocate for menstrual rights & an end to period poverty we need to be discussing the abolition of ICE & of Prisons. ❌We need to reimagine a world where these institutions do not have to exist. 🌍When people are freed from these spaces their periods are too!🔴
