people can only mentally effect you at the level of shared resonance/frequency space which you occupy for example - previously when I was using weed daily and on a high carb diet, I could mentally/psychically feel the projections of many people as if they could couple/entangle with my nervous system and brain state across distances and I could feel their projections at me but as I sobered up and fasted and cleaned up my diet I began to occupy a higher frequency state my cognitive functioning began operating at a higher level of resonance and thus all those people are now unable to reach me, because I now occupy a higher brain wave state that they are incapable of reaching - thus they are not able to effect my mind or nervous system anymore because they cannot entangle with it without first elevating to my level it’s a life hack if you feel a lot of projections from people and are very sensitive to subtle energy dynamics like I am, then the solution is to simply ascend until you’re unreachable it’s like gaining your own little psychic private island very liberating and enjoyable now i just feel constant mild euphoria and I can provoke the plebs and hyllics all I want without any mental or EMF projection blowback if that’s what I desire and tbh i’m probably not even close to my highest potential state yet i’m still healing myself and ascending further day by day it might sound very esoteric and woo but think of it like this your experience of reality is defined by the combination of your brain waves, nervous system, and EMF most people have a messy brain wave state and cluttered nervous system, thus they have a lower frequency shared resonance state when you learn to fully heal your nervous system and optimize your mind, then your brain and nervous system begin synchronizing deeper and deeper your brain goes from more scattered competing oscillations to a more coherent state of optimized brain wave oscillations, it clears up more cognitive bandwidth because the deeper synchronization there is between your brain waves, the more you can just full throttle your cognition at whatever you wish to point your attention at and the more clean your nervous system is, the greater capacity it has for supporting higher oscillation sync states this is because brain wave oscillations are rhythmic synchronized electrical patterns representing your collective brain activity and these oscillations are generated by neural firing patterns which are directly connected to the central nervous system and beyond just that, your brain and nervous system are also deeply connected to your heart and very very few people are balanced/synchronized with their heart’s EMF as it requires a complete synchronization between the conscious and unconscious of self and once you learn to synchronize with your heart as well, then your EMF becomes even more powerful, and not just a little but significantly more powerful as the heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain’s, and the heart’s magnetic field is about 5000 times (!) stronger than the brain’s thus your consciousness is in fact your EMF signature itself - the signature of electrical being that’s embedded in your electromagnetic field and this electromagnetic field doesn’t exist in isolation - we all exist as nested EMFs within greater EMFs (for example within the earth’s field, which exists within out solar system’s field, which exists within our galaxy’s field, which exists within the universal field) thus why I in the past many times have talked great lengths about balancing the heart, it’s not just some woowy lovey dovey nonsense, it’s about expanding the literal capacity of your consciousness
