“Anything? That’s a broad range. Alright. I’ll think of something.” She gave him a smile and walked into the kitchen. She began gathering up ingredients to cook. Rainy began selecting some peppers, onions, chicken and then some rice.

-- she shook her head and lightly chuckled. "No. Certainly not meant to be eaten. I will cook you real food that will actually make you feel full. Do you feel for anything in particular?"

“Oh!” — she jerked back her finger in reflex to his attempted bites. a small giggle afterward. “Silly, Code. It heals your lips. I was just placing some balm on. My fingers aren’t food. Are you hungry~?”

Was he — eating the palm?! “Oh, no no, Code, that’s not a food.” She gently took it from him, taking a bit upon her index finger and then slowly gliding it across his lips.

“Oh wow. . . You really did like it, but your lip is all. . .” — she arose from the table and made her way into the bathroom. Rainy took out some lip palm ointment and made her way back out. opening the lid, she offered him some. “Here, this will help with the burn.”
