@SpaceX #IPO access drew major attention, but the recent tokenized allocation scramble also showed where the real complexity sits. @BinanceWallet, @Bybit_Official and @BitgetWallet reportedly cancelled #SpaceX tokenized IPO allocation campaigns and refunded users after the underlying shares could not be sourced through xStocks. Other channels reportedly saw only partial allocations. The takeaway: token-based does not automatically mean tokenized equity. And tokenized equity does not automatically mean the underlying #RWA has been successfully sourced, allocated and controlled. For tokenized RWA products, the digital wrapper is only one layer. The real question is what sits underneath it: asset sourcing, custody, allocation rights, legal structure and investor protections. That is why structure matters.
