WooCommerce 11.2.0 will include configurable emails for order withdrawal requests, acknowledging customers and notifying merchants when a request is submitted. Store owners can manage both emails from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

WooCommerce 11.1 will bring the order withdrawal right functionality into core to better serve EU customers. Disabled by default, but eligible stores will see a notification in their WooCommerce inbox notifying them that they may want to enable this feature.
