Hey, @Greenhouse – your availability-scheduling widget doesn't seem to support keyboard interaction at all. I was able to switch to a pointer device, but many people don't have that option. Please consider fixing this, or working with people who can help you fix it.

I appreciate you taking the opportunity to reflect. Remember that your intent does not always guide your impact, and it's easy to hurt people when you mean well. If you want to learn more, you might start with this talk. youtube.com/watch?v=8K9Gg164…

"Rise Up" absolutely crushes me too. It's good, it's cathartic, but whew. This one hits me in a similar spot every time. youtube.com/watch?v=lqmORiHN…

Charon tries his best to look like there is not a single thought in his brain. I've captured rare evidence of not only lucidity, but intent. This is a man who has passed the bar exam and has scammed his way out of paying rent. I love him so much.

I want non-disabled folks to consider the insidious ableism this trolling conceals. Ableism is all around you. These people are in your networks, on your teams. They say far worse when they get comfortable. They get comfortable because they are allowed to behave like this.
When building software, if you are not doing accessibility on purpose, you are doing ableism through your carelessness.
