Here is what Pact looks like, end to end on @monad mainnet A sponsor pays in ETH on Arbitrum. @auroraisnear delivers it as USDC to the event's vault on @monad. The payee signs in with @dynamic_xyz, accepts with a Mera passkey, and gets paid on any network of his choices. No bridge. No seed phrase. #MonadMetropolis
One thing I have been very intentional about while building Pact is ensuring that users can interact with the product seamlessly without worrying about blockchain complexity or needing to understand how blockchain works. An event organizer shouldn’t need to understand wallets, gas, signatures, or smart contracts to create a payment agreement. A photographer, caterer, speaker, or contractor shouldn’t need to install a browser extension, save a seed phrase, or learn Web3 before they can accept work and get paid. That’s why we combined @dynamic_xyz and @monad mera. @dynamic_xyz gives Pact a familiar entry point: people sign in with the email identity they already use. That verified identity lets us securely match a payee to the right agreements, invoices, and payments. Mera turns that identity into a passkey-secured Pact account. Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passkey becomes the authorization layer for accepting agreements and approving the movement of money. @dynamic_xyz answers: “Who is this person?” Mera answers: “Did this person authorize these exact terms?” Together, they allow Pact to provide verifiable agreements and secure financial authorization without exposing users to the machinery underneath. No seed phrases. No wallet extensions. No gas management. No blockchain vocabulary in the core flow. Just sign in, review the agreement, approve it, and get paid. That’s the kind of blockchain product we’re building with Pact: one where the infrastructure is powerful, but almost invisible. #metropolis

The financial operating layer for events, built on @monad for #MonadMetropolis Sponsors fund from any chain via @auroraisnear Intents. Organizers see what's funded vs. due. payees get paid on time. Events aren't paid for once. They're financed over time. An event can be fully funded on paper and still miss its venue deposit. $30k promised. $16.5k due this week. $13k actually in. Today that gap hides in spreadsheets, bank apps, WhatsApp threads and one person's memory. → Map every sponsor dollar to the payment it covers → Spot cash gaps before they become missed deposits → Sponsors pay with any token, on any chain → Funded milestones release to vendors → Cancelled? Unreleased funds go back to the sponsor @monad holds event funds and enforces every allocation, release and refund onchain @auroraisnear Intents turns any-chain deposits into USDC on Monad in one step, so sponsors never bridge Built for #MonadMetropolis
That’s the goal 💪 @auroraisnear is already sitting at the heart of Pact’s funding flow sponsor pays from where they already hold liquidity, Aurora handles the route, and Pact settles and verifies the funds on Monad. Now we’re pushing through the final live-flow checks.

Event finance is still surprisingly messy. Sponsors commit money before it arrives. Organizers coordinate deposits, contractor payments and final balances across spreadsheets, invoices, bank accounts and chats. A fully funded event can still run into a cash gap simply because the money arrives later than the payments are due. We’re building Pact to fix that. Pact is the financial operating layer for events: it tracks where funding is coming from, what has actually arrived, what the event has committed to pay, and which scheduled payments are genuinely covered. Underneath that experience: @auroraisnear handles cross-chain funding, so sponsors can pay from the assets and networks they already use without manually bridging into Monad. Mera gives organizers and payees passkey-backed accounts for signing agreements and authorizing financial actions without seed phrases, extensions or wallet setup. Monad is the financial state and settlement layer — agreements, received funds, allocations and payment readiness become programmable instead of living only in a spreadsheet or database. At the end, A sponsor sees an invoice and funds an event. An organizer sees what has arrived, what is allocated and what is due. A contractor logs in with their email, reviews an agreement, confirms their invoice and gets paid. Aurora routes the money. Mera handles the account experience. Monad enforces the financial state. Pact turns it into a product people can actually use. That’s what we’ve been building for Metropolis.

I've spent the past few weeks building what a social Mini App on Nimiq Pay could look like. Something people can open, have fun with, meet and interact with others , while NIM becomes a natural part of those interactions. That's what I've been building with Ralli. Ralli is a social Mini App on @nimiq where people start challenges, respond with photos or videos, react, build communities, and pass challenges from one person to another. Someone starts a Ralli → you join → respond → pass it to a friend → they join → the chain keeps growing. It could be a basketball community practicing the same move, photographers capturing the same prompt from different cities, friends recreating an old picture, or everyone participating in the Daily Ralli. The idea is simple: give people things to do together. Then NIM adds a real peer-to-peer value layer to those interactions. See a Ralli you really want people to attempt? Boost it with NIM. Someone posts a response you genuinely enjoy? Tip them in NIM. You don't need NIM to participate. It simply becomes available when an interaction is worth putting real value behind. Discover → Join → Respond → React → Boost → Tip → Pass it on. All inside Nimiq Pay. The wallet infrastructure stays underneath. The social experience stays on top. And with Daily Rallis, Ralli Chains, Communities and following, I'm exploring what can make Ralli somewhere people don't just try once, but actually return to. That's the experiment: What does a social experience built natively around Nimiq Pay look like when peer-to-peer value is already part of the infrastructure? Ralli is my answer so far. Start it. Join it. Pass it on. ralli-mu.vercel.app Built for the @nimiq Mini Apps Competition. @nimiq @miniappscomp

So i decided to go down the rabbit hole😅 For the past few weeks, I’ve been exploring an interesting question around prediction markets: What if a Uniswap v4 pool could actually understand the economic relationship between YES and NO outcome tokens? In a binary CTF market, there’s a simple but powerful invariant: 1 YES + 1 NO = 1 unit of collateral. Yet an AMM only sees the liquidity available to it. When that liquidity gets thin, a large trade can suffer significant price impact even when the CTF complete-set mechanism provides another path to source that outcome. So for the @AtriumAcademy Uniswap Hook Incubator, I built Complete-Set Internalization Hook. The hook connects CTF’s split/merge primitive directly to Uniswap v4 liquidity. For a trade, it can compare normal AMM execution against an executable complete-set route using the complementary outcome market—accounting for liquidity, fees, slippage, and reserve safety—and use the better route when it makes economic sense. The goal is simple: make prediction-market liquidity aware of the primitive that already backs the market. A really fun rabbit hole to explore, and easily one of the more interesting things I’ve built with Uniswap v4.

Last week, I demoed Ralli during the @nimiq Sip & Ship call. I got a lot of useful feedback from both the hosts and community members , not just about what I had built, but about how the product could feel simpler, clearer, and more intuitive to use. I spent the next few days implementing some of that feedback, then did something even more important this weekend: I gave Ralli to fresh eyes. I reached out to both technical and non-technical friends and asked them to actually use the product, from onboarding and creating a Ralli to joining, interacting, connecting Nimiq Pay, and everything in between. When you’ve been building a product for weeks, you naturally become too familiar with it. Flows that seem obvious to you aren’t always obvious to a new user. Small UX friction becomes invisible. Bugs hide in paths you stopped thinking about. So far, 20+ people have tested Ralli, and the feedback has been incredibly useful. Some found UX issues. Some found technical bugs. Others questioned flows I thought were already straightforward. That’s exactly what I wanted. I’m currently working through those fixes and tightening the experience. For me, building on @nimiq isn’t just about shipping something for a hackathon. I’m interested in what becomes possible when Nimiq Pay grows beyond a standalone payment experience into a platform people can build social and consumer experiences around. Ralli is my experiment in that direction: a social mini app where people connect by doing things together starting challenges, responding, building chains, passing them on, and rewarding participation with NIM. A big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to test Ralli and send detailed feedback. 🙏 @NimiqCommunity @miniappscomp @Nimiq_Nig
