You’re giving up on THIS?! No, no. I could never give up on one of our own. Until the VERY end, Reece.

Time.
A culture is being built here. #CFC
🚨🔵 I was ashamed as a Chelsea fan when we qualified for the Conference League, but then I looked at our record. We’ve played in the Europa League twice and won it twice. We’ve played in the Conference League once and won it once.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Barça have all played in those lower European competitions (Europa League) without winning them every time.
Of course, dropping down isn’t something to celebrate. But if you find yourself at that level, the best way to prove you belong higher is to win it.
There’s a difference between saying you’re too big for a competition and actually going out there and proving it.
"Billions"
4 Reasons why City can't be relegated
1. Billions of people will stop watching the Premier League and switch to the Championship just to watch City play.
2. The Premier League will lose relevance because people will lose interest in it.
3. The Premier League won't be able to compete in Europe properly, because we were the ones giving them PR on the biggest stage.
4. The Premier League will lose billions in revenue because City has one of the strongest fanbases in Europe.
So if you're thinking Man City should be relegated, I'm sorry 😂. The Premier League can't risk all this.

There are not billions of viewers in the first place. Let alone for one club. Estimates around 1.87 billion viewers worldwide.

Some Chelsea fans are like:
When we win: "Don't be happy, we were lucky."
When we draw or lose: "We are terrible. Sack everyone"
They don't realise they actually don't enjoy any win in a whole season.
It can't be me though. I milk any form of win? 😂

Good news.
Tuchel and Ancelotti didn’t want to take their best players when it actually mattered so now they don’t get to have them for meaningless friendlies.
🚨 Cole Palmer poised to withdraw from England squad due to load management. Marcus Rashford will be assessed for hip issue handled by Man Utd since World Cup but expected to pull out. Kobbie Mainoo also among likely absentees through injury @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/7615046…

Chelsea fans when we don’t go the entire season unbeaten:
THOUGHTS -
Feeling kinda down about the current Chelsea results.
I have absolutely no issue giving Xabi, or any manager, time. But that's not really what this is about. My concern is where the project is right now.
We NEED UCL next season, considering all the circumstances and the fact that we're now in year 5 of this project. The question is, are we good enough to finish top 5 while still building and learning Alonso's system?
And to be clear, I'm NOT saying we should sack Alonso if we don't get UCL. Even if we finish in the Europa League, I'd still give him another season and continue with him. Again, this isn't about Xabi.
My real worry is what happens if, after five years, we still don't make the UCL. Do players like Caicedo, Palmer, JP and Estevao stick around? Why would they?
And no, it's deeper than "if they don't get UCL, the players are part of the problem"
That's not how it works. Caicedo, JP, Palmer may end up being our best players and we might still not make UCL because it's a team sport and the rest need to do well.
This project has honestly sucked the life out of me, and watching the way we're playing right now, combined with the fixture list after the international break, doesn't exactly fill me with confidence given some of the performances we've put in.
Yes, I understand that it takes time to properly drill a new system. I'm just wondering whether the SDs have backed themselves into a corner here.
Do they actually have the luxury of another season without UCL while also expecting to keep our best players if we fail to qualify again?
