I was not familiar with mcginnis and haze's aptitude so they get bumped up. rat king is bumped up because he tries to earnestly learn BEFORE he decides to cheat. i think dynamo is real smart but he lacks the drive or the experience to show solomon anything he hasnt seen before

I don’t wanna be “that guy” but Toby does say in the Newsletter that he doesn’t read or watch any theories I think he’s just *aware* of how speculative people are and how much theory content EXISTS, so he’s just trying to quell expectations based on the sheer amount he’s noticed
