School year number 27 starts tomorrow and I’ve never felt less prepared. Teaching middle school PE again and a new to me class. Gonna an exciting year.
The duties of the volunteer director of football operations for Falls City are vast. Best coaches wife ever.
Gabel Steveson with a very impressive win tonight. Dude can fight and I wasn’t expecting that much out of him.

How are you spending your $100???
Twice both in college. Freshmen year on scout team, went to block the senior will backer. He took one step and head butted me. Knocked me to my knees. The other was on KOR at Simon Frasier U in BC, got blasted “Nice hit aya!”
If anyone has advice for helping a high jumper with the mental aspects of the event I could use some help.
A4: I’m a 6 man coach now so we steal from WR and RB for catching and ball security drills.
Q4: If you could steal one coaching point or drill from another position group (DL, LB, TE, etc.), what would it be and how would you apply it to OL play? #Hogfbchat
A3: in six man all of those are a “bingo” call = run and get open aka our scramble rules
Q3: How do you teach your OL to handle chaotic plays like bad snaps, scrambles or busted protections? #hogfbchat
A2: The last 11 man school I was at had specific plays emphasis each day M,T and W. We worked the fundamentals needed for those plays as well as assignments on specific days. Example- Monday was buck, trap and waffle so we rep’ed down blocks and pulls.
Q2: How do you balance teaching scheme vs. fundamentals when practice time is limited? #Hogfbchat
