And I’m here to tell you coaches matter. When people ask about choosing high schools I always say go watch and learn about the coach.

HS players love that little bunny hop after the 1-2 on the catch and it might be the hardest habit break.
1. Its a travel and 2. It’s lazy pre shot work.
You have to do your work early and urgently enough to get your feet settled as the ball is coming, not after you catch it.

High School Football and Basketball coaches should be FULL-TIME employees and not required to have a second position at the school to make ends meet. Far too much is expected from those two sports.
