It's the end of 2023, and due to being busy I've not posted much this year. I also lost 200 photos from a day's shoot - then recovered it 2 months later! I've just curated some pictures for the @CanGeo 2023 Canadian Photos of the Year competition - highlights below!

But time for one final thanks. Huge thanks and appreciation to my wife, @pamelamroach, who has supported me and encouraged me to be my best. To give it a shot, and shoot for the stars. Eternally grateful for all of her belief in this dream. We did it! (7/7)

But - that doesn’t mean that the website and my social media channels will go quiet. Quite the opposite! I’m just going back to shooting for fun, not for a business. A new cmroachphotography.ca site will drop in the next week or so. Just without a sales portion (4/7)

Since eventually opening the shop in March 2021 I’ve made loads of new friends and had a fabulous time, but due to rising costs and competing life / time demands it’s time for the sun to set on the shop. At least for the foreseeable future, if not longer. (3/7)

For all my adult life I’ve dreamed of setting up a photography shop, but always told myself I wasn’t enough. And 2.5 years ago I finally decided I was enough, and I did it! (2/7)
