Some personal news to share: As many of the folks close to me know, I’m stepping aside from Buildium/RealPage.
I thought it was only fitting to take the chance now to reflect on not just how to lead with EQ… but how to leave with EQ: linkedin.com/pulse/how-leave…
Hey @Delta , it's now been a few weeks and I keep updating my lost item report with the location of the iPad at Atlanta Airport from Find My iPad. You keep responding with your canned response that you don't know where it is... #fail #CustomerServiceFail
Hey @Delta , I've been tracking my lost iPad for the past week from Paris to Atlanta Airport, but I keep getting a canned response back from you saying you don't know where it is despite the screenshots I keep providing you...someone should be able to help here.

Hey @StioMountain , my wife and I are repping you hard here over in @valgardena. Too many folks asking, "what's that brand? "

When we heard that long-time Core Members and Boston builders @cmlitster & @robmay were teaming up, we knew we had to get involved.
Today we're excited to share that we co-led their $11.5M seed alongside @PJCventure & angel investor @Jason.

Childcare is a business issue. Do you agree/disagree?

It’s not an understatement to say the pandemic upended the #rentalmarket as we knew it.
So this might mean that different types of renters might be interested in your properties than in the past.

When I left a previous role one of the pieces of advice that I left was a skiing metaphor. ⛷️
I’m thinking about this metaphor again now that my journey at @Buildium is coming to an end so I wanted to share it with you:
When you’re standing on top of the rim of a bowl and you’re looking down, all you’re thinking is: “There’s no way I can do that.”
But it’s eclipsed very quickly as soon as you push yourself over the edge of the bowl.
As some of you may know, I’m leaving Buildium/RealPage.
I’m so grateful for the experience and what I’ve learned here. These 4.5 years made me a better leader & gave me life lessons that have made me a better human, too.
Sharing some of my reflections: ow.ly/OFn450Fl2kW
#Dadvice of the week: Prioritize the relationships that matter. It sounds cliche but the more you work, the more you realize how important it is to spend time with the people you love.
At the end of the day, it’s your loved ones who are going to be there for you.
One of the biggest obstacles to achieving your goals?
The willingness to believe in yourself.
Love this piece of #mondaymotivation from Liz and Mollie.
Would you rather work for a leader who’s bold and charismatic? Or humble and laid-back?
@theeiguy shares why humility is an increasingly sought after leadership trait: ow.ly/IK7M50EQHux
The pandemic caused apartment renters to prioritize amenities like reliable Wifi and extra space to work from home.
But even as people go back to the office, these trends are likely here to stay.

In the past, #companyculture was often equated with office perks. Now, “remote-first” is the new shiny object that’s being conflated with culture.
But that’s a bad idea. My argument: ow.ly/PWCq50Ff7UY
