I’m not American but I do live on this planet so feel I have every right to say this: there is nothing more important for all of us than getting rid of Trump & his toadies. For the love of all that’s holy, vote Democrat at the mid-terms. It is literally the least you can do.

There is only one country in the world where a 7yo child in a wheelchair gets shot at school & people have to fundraiser for her medical treatment & it doesn’t even elicit a comment from political leaders. And that country is not the greatest country in the world. JFC America.
I appreciate true crime is a podcast/movie/series genre many people enjoy. I dip my toe in sometimes & I often wonder if I’m the only person on the planet who has never been within cooee of a murder or murderer & go about my life without ever worrying about being murdered.
So @SenatorWong how do you think these ‘essential elections’ could be held in Palestine. In what buildings would people vote? How could votes be collected & counted? How would candidates campaign? And we know Israel doesn’t honour ceasefires. So, voters just get killed?
The weirdest thing about the stream of idiotic WH Press Secretaries is their role at all. Most leaders of most countries speak for themselves. Speak on behalf of their government. Answer questions from the press themselves. They don’t send out props to do their job for them.

When Ukraine destroys Russian data centers, hoards of aggressive right-wing bots disappear, and Twitter becomes much friendlier. Isn’t that interesting? So much of our politics is driven by the internet, and so much of the internet is driven by Russians who want to hurt us. Shouldn’t we do something about that, given that we know it?
