The cleanliness drive was actively carried out with the participation of team GSL and Safai Mitras, to ensure effective cleaning and proper waste management. The initiative reaffirmed GSL’s commitment to Swachhata, community welfare and cleanliness awareness.

Goa Shipyard Limited (#GSL) held its 60th Annual General Meeting on 25 September 2026. FY 2025-26 emerged as an exceptional year, marked by record-setting performance and notable achievements, including itselevation from Schedule ‘B’ to Schedule ‘A’ CPSE status.Revenue from Operations stood at ₹3,764 crore, registering a robust year-on-year growth of 32%, while Total Revenue surpassed the ₹4,000 croremilestone, reaching ₹4,004 crore. Profitability remained strong, with EBITDA rising to ₹522 crore from ₹460 crore, while PBT grew to ₹442crore, reflecting an impressive growth of 17%. The AGM, inter alia, declared a final dividend of 171%, amounting to ₹8.55 per share of ₹5/- each, reinforcing GSL’s continuous focus on delivering strong shareholders return. GSL’s order book is poised to reach approximately ₹32,400 crore, upon signing of a high-value naval contract, providing a strong foundation for sustained growth and clear revenue visibility in the years ahead. CMD, GSL highlighted the Company’s operational achievements, its future outlook, contribution towards strengthening ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ in shipbuilding sector.
