One of my favorite ever #Sabres moments at the Memorial Auditorium was when Clint Malarchuk relieved Jacques Cloutier with 5:28 to go in the game against the #Nordiques on April 2, 1989, only ten days after his neck injury! My wife gave me @cmalarchuk's book for my birthday one year and met him at the book signing. I finally got to meet him at a game and was lucky enough to have him sign my jersey. Great human being with a very important message about mental health.
